You are authorized to use these samples in the creation of songs, beats, and instrumental
music. You may distribute your creations on all major platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music,
Deezer, etc.) under the terms outlined below.

For songs uploaded via services like DistroKid, CD Baby, TuneCore, and iGroove, you retain 85% of the income, and Bennykaay receives 15%. Publishing royalties will be split 75% to you and 25% to Bennykaay. Proper registration with your Performance Rights Organization (PRO) is required.

When selling beats on platforms such as Beatstars, Airbit, or Soundee, you retain 75% of the income, with Bennykaay receiving 25%. All publishing income is split 50/50 between you and Bennykaay. If you sell exclusive beats, you must disclose that non-exclusive samples from Bennykaay are included.

When using the samples, Bennykaay must be credited as follows:

For beats (e.g., BeatStars, Airbit, Soundee, Traktrain)
- Co-producer (stage name: Bennykaay)

For songs (e.g., official releases via DistroKid, TuneCore, etc.)
- Songwriter (full name: Benjamin Klassen)
- Co-producer (stage name: Bennykaay)

Do not list Bennykaay as an ‘official feature’ or ‘official collaborator’ for independent
song releases.

If you plan to use these samples in a release with a major label (e.g., Universal, Sony, Warner), you must obtain sample clearance from Bennykaay and notify him of the negotiations. Bennykaay must be credited as a co-producer and songwriter, and royalties, advances and publishing must be split fairly.
