Yes! With this purchase you're allowed to use the compositions or 'samples' to create new songs/instrumentals and upload them to all major streaming platforms. Make sure to read the full "Terms of Use" for the correct splits and credits. (This pack is not royalty free)
In short, you keep 90% of the distribution revenue that's generated with your new songs. Bennykaay is entitled to the remaining 10%.
💻 CAN I SELL BEATS / INSTRUMENTALS THAT INCLUDE THESE SAMPLES?
Absolutely! That's what they're made for originally! Just make sure to read the full "Terms of Use" to set up the correct splits. (This pack is not royalty free)
In short, you keep 75% of your beat leasing sales and Bennykaay is entitled to the remaining 25%.
💰 IS THIS PACK ROYALTY FREE?
My sample packs are generally not royalty free. However, I try to make my terms of use as fair and transparent as possible so that my samples are easy to use and you have nothing to worry about. Since this is a paid sample pack you're obviously keeping the lion share of your new songs/instrumentals.
